A Jerry Maguire moment, an amazing wife and two kids too young to realise the adventure that lay ahead.
It’s July 2014 and we’re now driving our car bursting with possessions and optimism to replace London with Lovere. Looking back, leaving jobs, families and friends with the dream of creating a new life in a country where we didn’t even speak the language, seemed an utterly crazy thing to do.
But that was then. Today as I reflect on our journey, I am immensely grateful for the people that have made Italy Bike Tours what it is. And I am proud of the many colleagues that have been with us from the early days and that our core values remain solid and intact.
I am amazed to call this beautiful country my home, and grateful to have ridden in so many inspiring places with our guests and for the many friends we have made along the way. Italy never fails to captivate, excite and inspire the imagination. We know life is a short ride. It’s your dream. Where do you want to ride?
