This is a multi-year fitness initiative with the Avocacity Team at Martini and Wassserman advertising agency. This innovative project, spanning cities like Milan, Florence, Rome, Edinburgh, Manchester, and London, is dedicated to inspiring and incentivizing fitness within the dynamic bar industry. Tailored fitness programs, engaging incentives, and collaboration with local communities promise to create a healthier and more vibrant lifestyle for bartenders, waitstaff, and managers.

We were delighted to design and deliver a world class corporate cycling week in France for many of Africas's top CEO's. The Change a Life charity choosing IBT to skillfully manage the logitics, safe riding and design of an engaging off bike program. The challenging week of cycling resulted in €100.000's raised for one of Africas best causes.

Our team orgamnised a dynamic two-day experience that seamlessly blended strategic project launches of Google and TIM with invigorating activities. Picture a weekend filled with cycling adventures, paddle boarding and tennis, set against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Iseo. This unique retreat not only fueled creativity but also strengthened team bonds, laying the groundwork for successful ventures ahead.

This multi-year project, is where every trip is a chapter in the narrative of excellence. We've traversed the iconic routes of Haute Route, Maritona, and Strade Bianche, forging unforgettable memories against breathtaking backdrops. But this project is more than just thrilling routes—it's about nurturing talent and fostering a cycling community in specialized training camps, our commitment extends beyond the roads. Here's to the past years, the present journey, and the promising roads that lie ahead!

An extraordinary staff reward event that brought joy and laughter to families! Over 100 people, each with a passion for adventure, gathered for a day filled with thrilling rides suited for all abilities. From heart-pounding excitement to serene moments, the event catered to every family member's taste. The highlight of the day was the special lunch, where families connected over delicious local food and shared stories. As an added touch, we were honoured to host special guests who brought an extra layer of magic to the festivities. Bravo Family Day—a day of joy, unity, and creating lasting memories together.

It is always a pleasure to work with the most creative and fun loving proffesional cycling team in the pro peleton, UNO X. We have provided logistics, on-road support and much more in a releationship that goes back sevral years. We have assited with traning camps as well as on road support for the baby giro. We look forward to seeing the guys in Italy again very soon.

Our link with Ruola Cycling and Manhattan Car Club, promises to be more than just adventures—they are gateways to a world where passion, culture, and community converge on two wheels. An example of this is our trip planned later in the year viewing the Palio di Siena, a historic horse race dating back to the 17th century. This unique event takes place twice a year, and the 2024 itinerary coincides with Tour d'France. We will cycle through the enchanting Tuscan countryside, discovering the region's rich history and culinary delights. As the evening unfolds, our members will be treated to an exclusive dinner with the contrade, amidst the enchanting backdrop of Siena.
